The team at Absolute Smiles is composed of highly experienced dental professionals who have been providing dental care to the community for over 20 years. They are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to their patients and are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment.
Dr. Sandeep Sharma
Principal Dentist
Dr Sandeep Sharma graduated in 1994 from UWA with a Bachelor of Dental Science. Dr Sharma has over 20 years of experience in several areas of dentistry and is trained in using the latest techniques and technology in dental treatments.
Dr Sharma is also a member of the ADA (Australian Dental Association), AADFA (Australasian Association of Dento-Facial Aesthetics) and the AOS (Australian Osseointegration Society).
Dr. Jason Yapp
Dentist
Committed to providing a high standard of care to his patients at all times, Dr. Jason Yapp is passionate about improving smiles through cosmetic dentistry practices.
As a former graduate of the University of Western Australia, where he completed his Bachelor of Dental Science, Dr. Yapp continues to update his clinical knowledge on a regular basis. Attending courses and conferences, Dr. Yapp ensures his patients receive the most up-to-date treatments.
Dr. Beng Neoh
Dentist
Dr. Beng Neoh graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Western Australia.
She is passionate about all aspects of dentistry and has a special interest in aesthetic dentistry, treatment planning for complex dental care, and fixed prosthodontics, especially ceramic restorations and endodontics. She continuously strives to expand her knowledge and skills.
Courtney McGuire
Hygienist
As a dental hygienist, Courtney put 100% into treating and preventing oral diseases.
She educates all of her patients by giving them the latest information on how to achieve and maintain the best possible oral health.
She specialises in treating moderate to severe gum disease. And she loves getting good results for patients as they can’t do it on their own.
Dzana Karat
Hygienist
Dzana is a highly-skilled and experienced hygienist who graduated from Curtin University in 2003. She has been working at Absolute Smiles Bassendean since 2008, and during that time, she has built up an excellent reputation amongst our patients.
Her gentle and caring nature puts everyone at ease, and her attention to detail ensures that every treatment is carried out to the highest standard.
Tina Ruse
DaVinci Smiles™ Consultant
Tina has been working in the dental field for over 30 years. She graduated as a Dental Clinic Assistant in 1988 and has been employed in various roles within the industry, which include dental nursing, reception, and Practice Management.
Currently, her position is the designated DaVinci Smiles™ Consultant. She absolutely loves it because she gets to do two of her favourite things: talking and helping people achieve their smile solutions.
Mayer Alaridi
General Manager
Mayer is our General Manager. He is a hardworking and motivated individual with strong leadership skills in the direction and management of major healthcare business operations and client service initiatives.
Mayer graduated from Damascus University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Medicine, adding to that another qualification in Smile and Oral Area Aesthetics in 2018 and then a Master Degree in Business Administration from SVU in 2021.
